When the lovely Gentri Lee first posted about Package Pals, I signed up right away! For package pals, we were paired up with another blogger and after getting to know each other a bit, we sent each other little care packages. I love sending and receiving packages in the mail and I loved getting to know my package pal- Cat of One Hand in my Pocket! Here’s what I sent her:
Cat is from the UK and has never been to New York, so I thought it would be fun to send NYC to her in the form of these vintage inspired postcards! Also, when I discovered that we shared a mutual love for nail polish, I knew I had to send her a bottle and I picked out this pretty purple color from Essie. I also sent along one of the bows from my shop because I saw that she loves bows too! Here’s what Cat sent me:
I just love the things she chose for me! She sent me several lovely makeup items, including a pretty pink nail polish, a shimmery lipstick, and a glittery chocolate brown eye liner. She also sent a delicate pink cameo necklace- it’s my first cameo piece and I’ve wanted one for a while! Let’s not forget a classic UK symbol, the red double decker bus- so very cute! Thank you so much Cat for all the thought and care you put into my package :D

This is such a cute idea! Sounds like a lot of fun putting together your own package and of course receiving your own package! I love receiving packages, parcels make me feel so warm and fuzzy inside. Unless their bills, no fun in that.

What a great care packages, everything looks great and was picked with great care. I might have to borrow this idea and send some things to relative just for the heck of wrapping it nicely ;)
