So first of all, you can tell that these pictures are old because there’s the old Christmas wreath again and I don’t have my bangs yet!  But I had to share this outfit because I seriously love this purple maxi dress from Forever 21.  I only paid $15.50 for it, which I think is a steal considering how often I wear this dress!  I love it because the color is great and it’s easy to just throw it on and head out the door.  The chiffon-like material means it can be a bit dressier than a regular jersey fabric, I think, and I even got complimented by my boss when I wore it to work the other day!  I don’t normally like to or want to by the same clothing item in different colors, but now I’m kicking myself for not getting this dress in another color because it’s just that great! I love to wear this dress on a beautiful sunny day, as I enjoy the feeling of it blowing around my legs :)

    I agree with the bunches of other people who’ve said it–that purple suits you so well! I have a chiffon-y maxi skirt that I love, but I have to wear heels with it, so it doesn’t get quite as much love as it could. My little lime-green sundress tends to get a lot of love, mostly because it seems like the color goes with everything else I own.
