Mirror Mirror on the Wall

This is my kind of dress. The dress makes a statement all on its own, so on a hot summer day like this one I didn’t have to think too hard about how I could look presentable. I just threw on this dress, added a colorful pair of sandals and some lipstick, and I was ready to go. I also love that the material is really light. I had ease of movement and was very comfortable, so this dress is a win in my book!

On this day, Alex and I headed to Williamsburg to work on a little project with Fohr Card. We walked to a new part of Williamsburg that I wasn’t familiar with and I was taken with all of the pretty stoops and colorful bikes. Even though Brooklyn is just across the river, it can feel like a whole different world and it was fun to have a mini-adventure in Brooklyn that day.

  9. This dress is gorgeous! I’ve been seeing a lot of mirror print designs lately and I love the look. And I agree – on hot summer days I love wearing simple pieces that make a statement on their own so I don’t have to add any layers!

Thank you Jackie! Yes, exactly- the only layer I’m adding in the summer is my office cardigan because it’s freezing at work!
