Tropical

I don’t know about where you live, but here in NYC we’ve been experiencing a lot of thunderstorms lately. I kind of like drifting off to the sound of rain at night, but they’re not so fun when they’re surprise thunderstorms and you’re caught without your umbrella! I feel like the tropical print trend fits in really well with this weather- when it’s monsoon season in the tropics, the rains can stop and start suddenly without warning. There are so many variations on this theme and today I’m sharing a few of my favorite picks.

Tell me: How do you feel about tropical print? Would you wear it?

I’d gladly add any of these to my wardrobe. I don’t have many tropical prints in my wardrobe, but they are so cute.

I’m not usually much of a print fan but I really love that dress! And yeah, surprise thunderstorms sans an umbrella are the worst.

  4. I would wear that midi skirt in a heart beat! Love the print and colors! I’ve been carrying an umbrella in my bag lately whether there’s rain in the forecast or not.

That’s smart! My umbrella is a little heavy so I don’t like to lug it around, but better safe than sorry!

Maybe it’s just me but, NO. I wouldn’t buy/wear/touch this print.
But the cut of that dress…get at me.

Haha, love your input here! That dress is my fave- I prefer the more subtle tropical print over the typical one.
