Gift Guide 2014: For the Homebody

gift guide, this holiday, gift ideas under 75, gifts under 75, affordable gifts, gift guide homebody, gifts for the homebody, gifts for stay at homeWhen I’m putting these gift guides together, I’m often thinking of things I would buy or would love to receive as gifts. Today’s guide in particular is absolutely perfect for me. My friends know that I’m a total homebody and I’ll frequently choose a cozy night in by myself over a night out. When I get home, first things first, I get into my comfies, and then I’m usually glued to my laptop or my latest read for the rest of the night. When I’m at home, it’s all about coziness and comfort, which is why I’ve included lots of soft, snuggly picks in today’s round-up. I like to unwind by brewing a cup of tea (or pouring of glass of wine if I need something stronger), lighting a fragrant candle, and getting lost in a book or TV show. If you have any friends that are homebodies, I hope this guide will give you at least one idea!

As a fellow homebody, I’d gladly take any of these items as Christmas gifts : )
I love Lush products but rarely buy them for myself so I love receiving them as gifts. Same for lounge wear.

I’ve never bought any Lush products either, but they smell so great. Now I’m tempted to get a little bath bomb and treat myself :)

That’s me, I’m a total homebody. I love the cozy lounge pants and of course a good coffee mug.

While in truth, I do not like candles and if I were to receive one as a gift I would never ever use it, that French Cade Lavender candle smells amazing.

Interesting! I didn’t know that you don’t like candles. What don’t you like about them?

I never get this overwhelming feeling that lighting a scented candle will enhance my mood or do whatever it is people like for them to do. I have one that has been sitting on my desk for probably 10 years. Why I don’t get rid of it, I do not know.
