With spring on the brain for many people, you won’t be surprised to learn that March’s theme was Spring Fever! I asked the CClub members to share what they’re looking forward to in spring and their favorite spring activities. For me personally, I’m just dying for spring to actually arrive in NYC! I can’t wait for the weather to get warmer, the flowers to really bloom, and for the tights to get packed away.
This month, in the spirit of doing a little spring cleaning, I’ve decided to make some changes to the Correspondence Club. Don’t worry, it’s not disappearing, just being restructured! If you’re currently a member, you’ve already received an email about this from me and if you’re not a member and would like to learn more, head to the FAQ page to find out what I’m talking about!

I almost cannot believe it- this month marks the one-year anniversary of the Correspondence Club! I’m so thrilled by how the club has grown from less than 10 members to over 40 and I’m thankful for all of you that participate in the club and make this experience so fun for everyone!
With Valentine’s Day in the middle of the month, it was only natural that February’s theme was Loved Ones. I asked the CClub members to describe someone in their life that they love- a family member, friend, significant other, etc- and write about the things about them that they love. Also, you should definitely take a look at the posts that Kaitlyn, Kat and Anastasia wrote recently about the Correspondence Club!

The theme for January was New Resolutions. I asked the CClub members to share some of their resolutions and/or some goals that they hope to accomplish in 2013. Even if one doesn’t believe in resolutions per se, I think it’s always a good idea to take a step back and evaluate your life and make some goals from time to time. I hope everyone enjoyed hearing about their partner’s resolutions and I’m already looking forward to next month’s theme! :)

My Correspondence Club round-up is a little late this time around, but better late than never! December’s theme was Holiday Cheer and I was very delighted by the festive packages that people sent to each other. Well, November just flew right by! This month’s theme was Thankful for the Little Things. I asked people to take a minute and think about the little things that make them happy. After recovering from Hurricane Sandy at the end of October, I was thankful for things like electricity, good books to keep me from going crazy when we didn’t have power, and warm meals. This month Marian also wrote about the Correspondence Club, so be sure to check out her post too!
I’m really excited for next month because this is my favorite time of year! I’ll be asking everyone to put together an extra special package for their partner and I can’t wait to see what everyone will come up with.
