Hope you all had a good Fourth of July holiday! It was kind of weird having it in the middle of the week, no? Anyways, I’ve been meaning to share this list of summer goals with you guys. Even though it’s already July, I was inspired by Grace’s post and Casee’s post to write out my goals for the summer. Some of these are practical goals, while others are simply for fun! Without further ado, here they are!
I would love to hear some of your goals for this summer in the comments below!
P.S. You’re going to want to check back on the blog tomorrow- I’m debuting a new series that I’m super duper excited about! :D
These sound like pretty awesome goals. The beach! I wish I hadn’t taken the proximity of the beach for granted when I lived in New York. There are no beaches in Philadelphia. BOO. Good luck on the apartment hunting, especially in New York.
My biggest summer goal, outside of work deadlines, is really just to spend as much time with the people I love as I can before I move across the country. Le sigh.
Thank you Alyse! We’ve started the process of looking at apartments and hopefully will find something we really like, but we do still have time (until Sept. 1). I really love the beach and when I think about how it’s only 1-1.5 hours away, I feel that I can make an effort to go more often!
Oh, I know how hard it is to move cross-country away from all your friends/family. Spending lots and lots of time with them before you go sounds like the perfect summer goal :)
Wow these are all my goals too (except the apartment) haha perhaps our next blogger happy hour should be a rooftop one!
I agree- we’ll have to make it happen! :)
Aww, love this list (and thanks for the shout-out)! Count me in for the rooftop happy hour – I *will* get into the city and see you this summer. I should add that to my own list. ;) Everything on your list sounds so fresh and exciting. I hope you achieve everything (and then blog about all the experiences, of course)!
Yay- I’m so excited to hear you say that! It would be awesome if we could finally meet in person this summer :D
I hope so too- I’m really going to try my best and I’m hoping that having it on the blog will hold me accountable!
this is a fun list, i hope you achieve them!!

Thanks Krystal- I’m going to work hard on it! :)
What a fun list! Rooftop happy hour sounds perfect. I did something like this a while back too, but it’s so hard keeping with my goals. Hope yours works out better for you.

Thank you Jenee- I too hope that I stick with it! :)
What a great list…we were apartment hunting as well; finally found a place! PHEW! Happy 4th! And thanks for the b’day wishes doll!
Ah, congratulations- you must feel so relieved! And you’re absolutely welcome- hope you have lots of fun birthday celebrations planned! :D
This is so great! I just did a 101 in 1001 days so I wont be making a summer list…but summer is definitely the best time to read new books! I also want to spend my weekends doing something fun like beach trips or wine tasting. Good luck!
Thank you Nikki! Also, is your 101 list on your blog? I would love to see if you shared it! =)
These look like such fantastic Summer goals! I’m definitely going for the reading one as well :)
