That’s right guys, I’m going to Mexico! To say that I’m excited for this trip is an understatement. I’ve been talking about it and thinking about it since the beginning of this year and now it’s hard to believe that it’s just right around the corner. Exactly two weeks from today I will be hopping on a plane and making my way to Mexico for my best friend’s brother’s wedding. I love my best friend and her family (they’re like a second family to me) and I’m so thrilled that I get to be there on this special day. I haven’t seen my best friend yet this year and to put the icing on the cake, the wedding happens to fall on my birthday weekend. So in summary: I’ll be in Mexico, with my best friend, on my birthday, attending what is sure to be a beautiful wedding. Just typing out that sentence has put a huge grin on my face! Pinch me now, I’m feeling like such a lucky girl.

KISS HER ONCE FOR ME (via @atriabooks): This one I've actually finished already (✔️ for me!). I was in the mood for a holiday romance and this book was first up on my list.

FIVE SURVIVE (via @getunderlined): I also finished this a couple days ago and this book kept me on my toes. So nice to read a thriller that was actually thrilling!

PEOPLE PERSON: I freaking loved QUEENIE, so I was very excited when I heard that Candice Carty-Williams was coming out with a new book. And I love the UK edition of this book, which I picked up when I was in Australia a few months ago.

AGE OF VICE (via @riverheadbooks, out 1/3): I was lucky enough to attend an event for this book a couple months ago and I finally started reading it this week. I'm not very far in, but I'm already intrigued by the story.

ooooh! i’m so excited for you girl!! i’ve always wanted to visit Mexico! It’s just so beautiful!!!! We’re going to Athens in November for my surgery and then visiting a ski resort for some winter vacation with our husky Bella :) she’s going to be so excited to see the snow again!

I just got back from my one big trip of the year, so I’ve got nothing else on the horizon for a few months. You trip sounds like it will be amazingly fun!
