I have a real neutrals problem in my closet right now. I’m still mainly wearing clothes from my fall capsule wardrobe. When I was putting that list together, I wanted everything to mix and match well and it was easier to achieve that with neutral colors. I have a solid foundation of basics, so I am glad for that. Now that the sun has come out and temperatures are rising, I really want to inject some color back into my wardrobe. I picked up a few new things last month, but then I realized that they were all neutrals too. These are a few items that caught my eye while I was browsing online. They’re all under $100 (and many of them are under $50)!

![It's a very belated book haul! These are the four books I picked up on my trip to Australia back in May. Of course I had to check out some bookstores on my first trip to Sydney and I think I ended up visiting 9 in total (check out my stories to see the mini bookstore vlog I made)!

It was so fun book shopping over there since majority of the covers are different from our US covers. I couldn't resist this pretty edition of PACHINKO, which I've already read. And when I picked up this copy of PEOPLE PERSON, I was so excited to see it because it wasn't out yet in the US at that time. I also bought two books that I hadn't heard of before I discovered them in the bookstore: IDOL and LOVE AND OTHER PUZZLES.

That pleated skirt is my favourite! I’ve really come to dislike tiny mini skirts and this knee, or just above knee length is becoming a real staple. It suits almost all women too, I think. I vote for that one! :)
I like my skirts a little longer these days too, although I do think a bit above the knee looks best on me since I’m on the shorter side! :)

I definitely used to have a lot more colorful pieces, but then I think I gave some away and stored some. Oh boy do I really need to do another closet cleanout!
