Pink- Zoya Paloma // Glitter- Wet N Wild Party of Five Glitters
I was really excited to try the jelly nail polishes when they finally arrived in my mailbox! They are very sheer so the opacity depends on how many layers that you want to do. The best part about them is that you can sandwich other nail polish colors in-between two jelly layers and it looks like a completely different polish. For this manicure, I did two coats of the pink, then two coats of the glitter (I couldn’t get enough glitter on the first coat), then one more coat of the pink. Next time I might try also try a finer glitter for the in-between layer.

It was so fun book shopping over there since majority of the covers are different from our US covers. I couldn't resist this pretty edition of PACHINKO, which I've already read. And when I picked up this copy of PEOPLE PERSON, I was so excited to see it because it wasn't out yet in the US at that time. I also bought two books that I hadn't heard of before I discovered them in the bookstore: IDOL and LOVE AND OTHER PUZZLES.

Ooh! i never thought of using a coat of the base color AFTER a layer of glitter! Must try that next time. and i just LOVE the name of the glitter polish! hahaa

Zoya has some very unique nail polishes, did you see the new textured Pixie Dust polishes? I’m not sure what I think. I like the sound of yours though! The results are super cute!
