A Daily Cup of Tea

A-Daily-Cup-of-Tea

Apple Cinnamon // Hot Cinnamon Spice // Paris // White Christmas

I love tea. My morning routine consists of having a cup (or a partial cup if I’m in a rush!) of coffee in the morning and then a cup of tea once I get to work. On a chilly winter day, there’s nothing better than cozying up with a hot cup of tea and I usually drink 2-3 cups per day! One of my favorite brands of tea is Harney & Sons because their tins are the cutest and their teas are delicious. Every once in a while, I like to pop down to their store in Soho to stock up on new teas. They also have a little cafe area where you can sit down for a cuppa right in the store. My favorite new discovery is the Paris tea above, which smells and tastes absolutely wonderful.

Tell me: Tea or Coffee? (If you’re like me, the answer is both- I need both to keep my gears turning!)

These tins are absolutely adorable. I drink coffee in the mornings when I need it to make it through my day at work. I love holding the warm cup in my hands on cold days. But I have only tried tea a couple times, and that has been years ago. I didn’t care very much for it those couple times. But who knows if I tried good brands/flavors or if I even fixed it right. I have been thinking for a few months that I need to give it another try.

I agree, the tins are so cute- I save all of mine. If you do give tea another try, let me know what you think!

Oh man, I’m one of those really obnoxious people who loooooooves tea and will go on and on about it. (I think I scared one of my new coworkers yesterday when she asked about the assam I was brewing.) I love: genmaicha, sweet rooibos, and most blacks. I hate: anything with mint, licorice, or chamomile in it, earl grey, and most breakfast teas. Most of my tea is from a beautiful little shop in Sacramento that’s sadly now closed–I don’t know what I’ll do when I drink them all! I’ve heard that Adagio Teas’ online store is pretty nice, though.

Hahaha, that’s hilarious! Mmm, I love sweet rooibos as well, but I’ve never tried genmaicha! And thanks for the tip about Adagio Teas- I will have to look them up.
