I’m trying to save money for a potential vacation in August, so that means no actual shopping for me right now. That doesn’t mean that I can’t window shop though, right?
– It was so hard to resist shopping when I saw J. Crew’s new arrivals. This silk sleeveless blouse seems like something I’d wear over and over again.
– This star necklace– *insert heart-eye emoji here*.
– I think this colorblock chiffon shirt is so pretty. It’s another top that could do double duty- for work and for weekends.
– Give me all the starry things, including this button-down shirt.
– Pineapple print is the novelty print of the season and this mini-skirt version is so cute.
– Scallop-hem shorts? Yes please!
– Say hello the summer version of the chambray shirt.

![It's a very belated book haul! These are the four books I picked up on my trip to Australia back in May. Of course I had to check out some bookstores on my first trip to Sydney and I think I ended up visiting 9 in total (check out my stories to see the mini bookstore vlog I made)!

It was so fun book shopping over there since majority of the covers are different from our US covers. I couldn't resist this pretty edition of PACHINKO, which I've already read. And when I picked up this copy of PEOPLE PERSON, I was so excited to see it because it wasn't out yet in the US at that time. I also bought two books that I hadn't heard of before I discovered them in the bookstore: IDOL and LOVE AND OTHER PUZZLES.

I like all of these items especially the scalloped shorts and star necklace! I’m doing my best to stay away from the Nordstrom site because of their Anniversary sale. I’d love to buy some leather ankle boots for fall but am saving for a trip too.
Yeah, I’m trying to avoid the Nordstorm anniversary sale too, but it’s hard because it’s everywhere! I love leather ankle boots- I think I get a new pair of black ankle books every season. I can’t help it- they’re my favorite!
